Working with Stacie was an extremely positive and perspective altering experience. My goal for our first session was personal growth and she shared insights in that arena and guided me to refreshing realizations. She helped me focus on the things that really matter to me and ways I could go about achieving them. We set objectives for what I wanted to accomplish, identified my values, and explored current issues. Her techniques and exercises allow your strengths to be realized, your journey to be appreciated, and a greater sense of purpose to be obtained. She guides you through exercises that allow for deep thought and affirmation. The tools she shared such as books and websites were very useful and loaded with information very helpful to my future endeavors. My favorite part is how empowered I felt after our session!
