Since all of your experiences are held onto, your subconscious mind thinks that’s what you want.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a set of tools and techniques that can help you process current issues while transforming negative emotions from past events.

Neuro: reprogramming your (subconscious) mind. Mental and emotional and physical elements. All neurological processes (see, hear, feel, touch).
Linguistic: The power of language. The language of your (unconscious) mind. How you communicate with yourself – and others. We use language to organize, describe, and make sense of our thoughts and behaviors.
Programming: Changing the way past experiences, thoughts, and emotions affect our current lives. Enter a NEW program into our minds – new ways of thinking, new habits, and new beliefs.
NLP uses the power of language to re-program the way you think and feel about yourself in your mind — so that the way you felt in the past, doesn’t affect your future.
You’ll learn how to communicate with your subconscious mind to help it understand what you want for your life.
Communicating directly with the subconscious mind is how real change occurs.
It helps you learn a new way of showing up and stepping into who you want to become.

When I first started working with NLP, things came up that I thought I had healed many years ago. Things that I thought weren’t really something I needed to work on any longer or things I had no idea were there. Things that happened to me in early childhood or my adolescent years.
To be able to go back and release those things was so huge for me.
It gave me a deep feeling of worthiness and a feeling that what I say matters…confirming this in my heart was beautiful and so impactful for me.
I knew it was important for me to be able to show up for others who might benefit from hearing what I had to say and show them how NLP could help them.
At times I’ve used part of my story as something I’ve leaned on as a part of me or who I am. Which is my truth…but how can I take that story and learn from that experience and use it to propel me into the life I really desire, choose and know that I am worthy of?
I’ve always loved the quote:
“I never lose, I either win or I learn”.
I love the idea of cause being greater than effect. How can we be at cause in our lives? How can I become the victor instead of the victim?
How can we change challenges and problems into opportunities?
NLP is a way of understanding how our mind works. It shows us how we see the world, how it perceives us, and how we choose to move forward or hold ourselves back. It helps us let go of all the things that get in our way.
I use these techniques every day in my own life and with my coaching clients.
